1.1 Scope of Agreement

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a binding legal agreement between bea99 and anyone ("you" / "user") who uses the platform and its services. By accessing the bea99 website, registering an account, or using any service, you are considered to have fully accepted these Terms.

If you disagree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using the platform.

1.2 Age Restriction

bea99 is operated for individuals aged 21 and above only. By opening an account you confirm that you are at least 21 years old. Any account found to belong to a minor will be closed immediately and any associated funds may be forfeited.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members making their first deposit will receive a 200% first-deposit bonus, up to ৳20,000. For example:

• ৳1,000 deposited → ৳2,000 bonus → total balance ৳3,000
• ৳22,000 deposited → ৳20,000 bonus → total balance ৳42,000 (maximum cap applies)

The bonus amount will not exceed ৳20,000 regardless of how much is deposited.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

To withdraw winnings from a bonus, you must complete wagering of 15 times the bonus amount. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only — not on the deposit. Example: ৳2,000 bonus × 15 = ৳30,000 must be wagered before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

Only bets placed from the bonus balance count toward wagering.

4.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each user is eligible for each promotion once only.
• If bonuses are abused by opening multiple accounts using the same device, IP address, or payment method, all associated accounts will be closed.
• Bonus funds cannot be transferred directly to a third party.
• bea99 reserves the right to modify, cancel, or suspend any promotional offer at any time.
• Bonuses may be cancelled if abnormal betting patterns are detected.

5.1 Technical Errors

Incomplete game results caused by software errors or network issues may be considered void and cancelled. bea99 is not liable for losses arising from technical causes, but will attempt a reasonable resolution in verifiable cases.

5.2 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited:

• Operating games using bots, automated software, or artificial intelligence
• Deliberately exploiting system errors or bugs to gain funds
• Renting out or selling your account
• Colluding with other players to manipulate outcomes
• Money laundering or any other illegal financial activity

If such conduct is proven, the account will be permanently closed and all balances will be forfeited.

5.3 Sports Betting Rules

In the sports betting section, users may place bets on markets across various sports. bea99 settles bets after match results are confirmed. If a match is unresolved, abandoned, or not played, the bet will be cancelled and the stake returned.

Odds may change at any time; the odds at the moment a bet is placed are final.

6.1 Tier Structure and Cashback

The bea99 VIP program has five levels, each with a different weekly cashback benefit:

• Bronze: up to 0.2% cashback per week
• Silver: up to 0.4% cashback per week
• Gold: up to 0.6% cashback per week
• Platinum: up to 0.8% cashback per week
• Diamond: up to 1.0% cashback per week

You can move up to a higher tier through regular and active participation.

6.2 VIP Benefit Terms

• Cashback is generally credited to eligible accounts every Monday.
• Cashback payment may be delayed if an account is suspended or under review.
• If misuse of VIP benefits is proven, the benefits may be cancelled.
• bea99 reserves the right to modify the VIP structure at any time.

7.1 Service Availability

bea99 strives to provide uninterrupted service at all times. However, the service may be temporarily disrupted due to maintenance, technical issues, or unforeseen circumstances. bea99 does not accept liability for compensation in the event of such disruptions.

7.2 User Risk
